Unlawful use, reproduction, imitation, or distribution of our registered company name, brand identity, or proprietary materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. MB “AG Vilnius” is an independent organization that hosts social and cultural events for international and exchange students under the brand name “Student Life Vilnius”.
MB “AG Vilnius” is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, health conditions, accidents, or loss of/damage to personal possessions and belongings before, during, or after our events. Attendees are advised to take care of their personal property and adhere to local health and safety regulations at all times.
Tickets, memberships, and event passes must be purchased directly through our official website studentlifevilnius.com, official Instagram @studentlifevilnius or links posted directly within our official WhatsApp community group. MB “AG Vilnius” is not affiliated with or responsible for any third-party sellers, unofficial links, or unauthorized vendors, and we are strictly not liable for any fraudulent transactions or financial loss incurred from purchasing outside of our verified official platforms.
MB “AG Vilnius” is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the European Union, the European Commission, the official ERASMUS+ program, or the registered ERASMUS® trademark. Any reference to “Erasmus” on this website is used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the international exchange student community we serve.
MB “AG Vilnius” collects and processes only the necessary personal information required to deliver our services, process payments, and keep you informed about our events. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard protection measures and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. By attending our events, you acknowledge that photos or video recordings may be taken for promotional purposes on our official channels; if you prefer not to be featured, simply notify our event staff upon arrival. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or possess valid legal consent to participate in our events and join our community channels.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Event Tickets:
– Event ticket cancellations requested 48 hours or more prior to the event start time are eligible for a full refund.
– Ticket cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.
Student Memberships:
– The €10 Student Membership Card is valid for 1 full year from the date of purchase.
– Memberships are non-refundable once issued and non-transferable to other individuals.
Event Cancellations:
– If an event is canceled by Student Life Vilnius, ticket holders will automatically receive a 100% refund.
Terms of Service
The €10 Student Membership Card discounts is strictly reserved for the account holder and is valid for a year. Member accounts and ticket discounts cannot be shared, transferred, or resold to third parties. Each member is entitled to purchase one (1) discounted ticket per event.
Attendees must present a valid QR code ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance for admission. Organizers reserve the right to verify identification alongside ticket presentation. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone acting unsafely.
